My summer in Puerto Rico.
In the summer of 2011 I had the pleasure of working in Puerto Rico as a field research assistant with the Department of Earth and Environmental Science at the University of Pennsylvania. When we were not battling iguanas, humidity and floods, we had the chance to visit some cool sites including El Yunque National Forest, Arecibo Radio Telescope and the Rio Camuy Caves.

Postcards from the Eastern Sierras
A recent trip in the Eastern Sierra Mountains left me with a few long exposure photographs of the night sky. With these images I wanted to see if I could animate a single photograph to give the illusion of a time lapse sequence. Let me know what you think.

For all of you backpacking lovers out there, I just created my first Vimeo channel entitled “Backpacking Etc.” The “Etc.” is for other cool outdoorsy stuff - I didn’t want to limit my content. Any cool videos that I find related to backpacking or other outdoor recreation will be posted their. People can also submit their own videos for consideration.
