My film reel for 2012. Enjoy!
Created for the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS) Video Outreach Competition, this video features the Musculoskeletal Quantitative Imaging Research Group at the University of California, San Francisco, and how they use T1rho relaxation time mapping, a quantitative magnetic resonance imaging tool, to detect early degenerative changes in articular cartilage and other joint tissues.
I was honored to find out the other day that several of my short video works were officially selected to screen at the 2012 Imagine Science Film Festival in New York!
Visions | Experimental film exploring the beauty and aesthetic quality of out of focus light through a parade of color bokeh.
Deconvolution Microscopy | The science behind imaging bacterial cells using fluorescence microscopy and image processing techniques to achieve high resolution 3D images.
